Terms of Service
Effective Date: August 19, 2026
Last Updated: August 19, 2026
Welcome to Octopus Concierge. By accessing our website, applying for a membership (Essential, Privilege, Signature), or using our private concierge, travel, corporate, or training services, you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("Terms"). Please read them carefully.
1. Scope of Services
Octopus Concierge operates as a luxury lifestyle management, hospitality advisory, and private concierge company based in Thessaloniki and servicing all of Greece.
Our scope includes arranging lifestyle, travel, family, property, dining, and custom personal requests. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Octopus Concierge acts as an intermediary/agent connecting clients with curated third-party suppliers (e.g., hotels, villas, private drivers, charter operators, restaurants).
2. Memberships and Client Obligations
- Application & Acceptance: Membership levels (Essential, Privilege, Signature) and corporate packages are subject to approval by Octopus Concierge. We reserve the right to decline applications at our discretion.
- Accurate Information: Clients must provide accurate, complete, and updated information necessary for the execution of requests.
- Lawful Use: Clients agree not to submit any requests that are illegal, immoral, fraudulent, or hazardous under Greek and international law. Octopus Concierge strictly refuses any unlawful request.
3. Request Execution and Third-Party Suppliers
- Best Endeavors: While Octopus Concierge utilizes its extensive network and over 25 years of luxury hospitality expertise to fulfill requests seamlessly, all requests are subject to third-party availability and operational constraints.
- Third-Party Contracts: When booking third-party services (such as yacht charters, private flights, luxury villa rentals, or event tickets), the client agrees to the terms, cancellation policies, and rules imposed directly by those underlying suppliers.
- Limitation of Liability: Octopus Concierge is not directly liable for failure, delay, negligence, or deficiency in services provided directly by independent third-party vendors, provided we exercised reasonable care in selecting them.
4. Payments, Fees, and Cancellations
- Service Fees & Retainers: Membership fees, custom request handling fees, and corporate package rates are communicated prior to confirmation.
- Reimbursements: Clients are responsible for reimbursing Octopus Concierge for all out-of-pocket expenses incurred on their behalf during service execution.
- Cancellations: Cancellation conditions for bookings or membership tiers depend on the specific terms agreed upon at the time of invoice issuance or supplier agreement.
